What Does this DrEdSolvesIt.com Site Have in Common with
Wikipedia.com?

Wikipedia.com has been my favorite site to get information on just about any subject, since I first found out about Wikipedia a few years ago.

My hope is that my new site will become known as the site for information about solving personal and societal problems. As you may have noticed, I use four URLs for this one site, because there are so many solutions being offered under this website’s “one roof”.

Of course the Wikipedia site is different from this site in so many ways, but both sites have as their principal goal the desire to help people get the answers they need and want.

Wikipedia focuses on factual information to be used as needed. This site focuses on solutions to problems that all of us can be part of, as we choose.

Both sites are very serious about what they are trying to provide and accomplish.

My goal is to do as good a job in the people problem solving area, as Wikipedia has done in the factual information area.

I’m hoping that you, the people visiting and using this site, will contribute opinions, reviews, stories of results, whether positive or otherwise, and it would be great to have any visitors to this site contribute to solving problems. For example, I’m hoping one or more mechanical engineers will want to be a partner in implementing the safer helmets using my invention, and the better shoes that prevent stress and injury to lower extremities and above.

Perhaps educators will get on board to help organize Community Schools as called for in my book, Jump-Starting America. And health care professionals and other community activists may want to help organize Community Health Associations to use the CHAP (Community Health Association Plan) system of community-based health care as introduced in that same book.

People who read my book, The Peace Prescription, that led to my being nominated for the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize, will see that they can play an important part in reducing violence and war, no matter where they live. This includes locally implementing real control of bullying in our schools and elsewhere.

Personal problems, whether it’s the lack of proper self-love, inability to get and keep shared-love, and a lack of enough self-expression, all have reasonably brief Guides that I wrote to use self-help to solve those issues. And there are my self-help Guides for Overweight, Smoking, Drug Dependence, Alcohol Dependence, Coping with feelings and issues, solving marital issues that could cause divorces, career-building, getting wealthy, winning at sports and contests, ending insomnia and most nightmares.

And, as a result of The BEST System that is the basis of my Guides, being the best Life Manager each of us can be, to give ourselves and those we care about the best possible lives, is now easier to accomplish (according to Dr. Ed… and that would be me).

It makes sense that we should each want to be the best possible manager of our life, and that is what my Guides are intended to help everyone do.

I can’t settle for doing only small things. None of us have to.

Welcome to this site, and may it be of excellent use to you and those you care about.
