My BEST System Guide for losing weight is not a treatment, such as a diet, or medication, or surgery. It is an actual total cure that works for all overweight people in which the extra weight is primarily excess fat. That includes at least 98% of everyone who is overweight.
What costs $9? That’s what I charge for my Guide that is a self-help step-by-step method that works if you seriously use it. Is that $9 charge going to make me rich? No, but it can help pay the costs of this website.
All other weight control methods are intended to make real money at your expense, or at the expense of your health insurance, which raises premiums for everyone. None of those methods are a cure for the underlying cause of overweight.
I’m an MD, a Board Certified Internal Medicine specialist. And, I used to be overweight. I now weigh 147 pounds,
I used to weigh 185 pounds before I learned to eat the way naturally slim people do. I studied and interviewed dozens of lifetime naturally slim people to learn why they are always slim, never weigh themselves or diet.
The BEST system Guide that I wrote (BEST stands for Belief Enrichment & Substitution Training) lists all the beliefs that overweight people have about their being overweight and how they relate to food, and if you’re overweight, you’ll see lots of your beliefs on that list. Then you’ll see the list of beliefs that lifelong slim people have about food choices and about how they relate to food and eating. If you’re overweight, you won’t find hardly any beliefs on that list that you already hold. Why are your beliefs so important? What we believe about any subject determines what we do about that subject. And what we do, gives us our results. If you like the results, don’t change your beliefs, but if you want different results, new beliefs are necessary!
The BEST System Guide for Weight helps you train yourself to replace the beliefs that don’t work for a normal weight, with the ones that do. The good news is that all of us can change our beliefs if we are motivated to do so. If you believe the building you’re in is not on fire, even if it really is, you’re going to be in big trouble if you don’t change your belief quickly!
Naturally slim people only eat for one reason: body hunger they can feel, such as a growling stomach with hunger pangs. They never eat for stress, eating is not a hobby for them, never eat by the clock (unless they’re on a job where they would starve if they don’t eat some lunch at a particular time), because the food is on their plate, or for any other reason. And, they always stop eating when the hunger is gone. That’s how we go to use the toilet. We only go when our body lets us know we have to go, or else! We drink water when we’re thirsty, not for fun. We sleep when we’re tired, not because the bed looks comfortable. We scratch where and when it itches, not just anywhere at any time.
The one exception for the naturally slim person, is that they will overeat on the rare occasion when they are eating something that is so sensational, they believe they may never ever again get such a wonderful example of that particular food item. Happens about once in ten years or less for them, so doesn’t affect their normal weight.
Most obese people NEVER eat for true body hunger. They rarely if ever feel body hunger. Why? First of all they eat for so many other reasons; they don’t wait for body hunger. And, besides, they don’t have the habit of “listening” to their body when it comes to knowing when to eat. And, obese people rarely stop eating because the hunger is gone. How could they, if they didn’t feel the hunger in the first place? They stop when the food is gone.
Lifetime naturally slim people never diet or count calories. They never refuse a food because of the calorie count.
They are very picky eaters, and always eat exactly what they’re in the mood for, unless it’s not available and they have to settle for something else if they are too hungry to wait.
There are a small percentage of people who are not naturally slim, but manage to stay slim by diet and exercise. Probably no more than 5% of people who would be overweight otherwise succeed at keeping slim all their lives by avoiding “fattening foods” and by exercise. If you’re one of them and you’re happy with your results, there is no need for you to switch to the naturally slim way to relate to food.
But, if you’re in the 95% of people who tend to be overweight most of the time, you are overweight except for relatively brief periods of time of sticking to strict diets, using diet medication, or being slim due to surgical procedures making your stomach smaller or bypassing a large part of your small intestine so you can’t absorb many of the calories you eat. No need to live that way. A $9 Guide you can purchase on this site’s STORE page, if you’re willing to change your weight-related beliefs, is all you need to do. Is it very easy to make the change? No. Serious effort is needed. But the good results are seriously wonderful!!!
All the BEST System solutions for personal problems… whether overweght, aka food substance abuse, or alcohol, narcotic, or smoking substance problems… are all TRUE CURES. And, you get to pat yourself on the back for curing yourself! One Guide costs $9. Two or more, even all my Guides, are yours for $15.
When I told narcotic addicts at a Methadone Clinic how they could end the belief that they “need” narcotics, it worked! The Methadone Clinic fired me, because my cure for narcotic addiction was simple, and I was bad for business. Former narcotic addicts who no longer believe they “need” narcotics have no reason to buy Methadone.
I believe in real cures, real solutions, for real problems. Why should problems go on and on for a lifetime? Certainly not to support big financial gains for those who provide treatments that are not real solutions or cures,
no matter how much it costs the people with the problems financially and in terms of a lifetime of suffering.
You will be amazed at what The BEST System can do for substance problems, relationship issues, careers, and more!
