This is Internet self-help offered by physician/counselor/personal coach/author Edward Marshall, MD, based on over 50 years of experience as a doctor, including his own marriage that is over 51 years long.

The Guide on Overweight tells the beliefs that lifetime lean people use to decide what, when and how much to eat, as compared to the beliefs of lifetime/overweight dieters, whose beliefs lead to behavior such as the never-ending starve/binge cycle. “Dieting guarantees lifelong overweight for about 95% of those people,” says Dr. Marshall. “Let’s copy what works.”

Dr, Marshall has studied many lifetime slim people. He uses their beliefs to manage his own weight, with no dieting or calorie counting, and no special exercise requirement.
